I have several German books, some are childrens books, which are full of pictures, my question is where should I list them? I can,t make any thing out except some of the mags and newspapers are from 1910. Any help will be appreciated.

I love that double listing feature and I list books like that under Books and Cultural European.

Most of the older books have beautiful color prints and I put two or three pictures in the auction. I wish I could put more because I get so excited over them I just want to share them. People buy sometimes just for the art.

Good luck.

I've sold a few newer foreign language books, and I've been listing them in the same category as if they were in English. The Hispanic books I copied the description in the native language. I did translate a little for myself, just so I would know what they were and where to put them. The Japanese and Korean books I just take pictures of the cover, table of contents maybe something attractive inside. I describe what the book is ( I can tell a cookbook when I see one) and describe its condition and leave it at that.
