I relisted some unsold items the other day & added the Buy It Now option...Of course, (she said while kicking herself) I didn't record the BIN prices (and it appears from my fruitless searching that neither does eBay, anywhere but on the auction page - Note to self: Record BIN Prices!)....I also revised all my current auctions for my new Billpoint payment option....
Ok, here's the problem now....I awoke this morning to an email from a potential bidder who "tried desperately" to BUY this item, but it "didn't seem to work"....Ultimately they entered a bid (ala auction style) thus removing the "Buy it Now" option & in the process eliminating my BIN Price.....They would now like to purchase the item direct (which I don't have a problem with at the BIN price) however, how the heck am I gonna straighten this out so that I can generate a Billpoint invoice for the correct amount???
I've only had 1/2 glass of my mornin' diet pepsi (read: caffeine) and the brain is still way too fuzzy to figure this one out....Anyone else see the correct solution here????

Should be easy.
Enter Billpoint's invoice form, enter your item number, the bid price should appear.
You can then delete that & type in whatever price you like, plus your SHI charges in the next box, and Billpoint will calculate YOUR total to send to the bidder.
Their system allows you to combine bids by entering bids for 2 or more auctions in their box, so it would certainly allow you to do what you want.
