I was reviewing my auctionson AuctionWatch (hits & bids..which isn't always realiable)and noticed one of my auctions had a bid; however, this auction does not show up on my "my ebay" page nor does it show up when I do a seller search using my userid. The auction itself does have my correct user id in the seller's section (I've only used 1 i.d.) I have e-mailed ebay to find out but looks like the answer will come after the auction ends. This is the first time I have had this happen. Anyone have any experience with this?

Hi Toybuyer! Did you happen to bulk upload your listings? Because that happens to me ALL the time - and has been since the beginning of this year. Every single time I post auctions I have to write to ebay about this.
Just write to ebay at [email protected] and ask them to reset your auctions. It's a glitch that happens when you upload more than 1 at a time. Ebay will respond in probably about an hour or so and will reset your auctions for you and then you should be able to see all your auctions again.

Executive Girl, thank you very much for your reply! It is greatly appreciated. I happened to see another post you had made and took the information to email [email protected]. I had only bulk loaded about 17 auctions through auctionwatch but within 15 minute increments
for launch time not all at say one time.
Ebay did reset but this was also their response, but I don't think it's possible to do their suggestion of setting a "second delay" unless someone else knows how.....

We are aware of a small problem in the updating of this database. We
have found that sellers who use a bulk listing service to list their
items will have this problem if their listing service submits two
auctions in the same second. If you check your seller list, you will see
this is the case for this item.
To correct this, please set a delay in your listing software for 1 or 2
seconds between item submissions. Since there are several different
listing tools, I am not sure how to do this.
Please rest assured that although these items were not appearing in your
Seller list, they were listed on the site in the appropriate categories
and were available for bidding.
