I cannot reach my winning bidder. His feedback is -1. (My fault for not rejecting his bid.***long story***)His email address is not valid. I received the bidders phone#. He doesnt live there anymore. I filed a Non-Paying Bidder Alert Form after 7 days. Now I am told I cant submit a Final Value Fee Credit Request Form until 10 days after I filed the Non-Paying Bidder Alert Form. What are the consequenses of just forgetting this bidder and relisting my item? Will my impatience get the better of me? Can anyone help me see the "big picture"?? Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

Write to ebay at [email protected]. Forward the email that you are getting that is bouncing back to you. Give them the item #, email address and ebay ID of the buyer. Also tell them his phone # is incorrect in his profile. Ebay will email them to see if the email bounces. If it does, he will be suspended automatically.
As far as consequences to you? None. Relist the item. You are not obligated to sell to him if his emails bounce back and his phone # is invalid in his profile.

Go ahead and relist the item now. You have no reason not to. Email [email protected] and inform them that your bidder's contact information is invalid. This will result in his suspension, so he cannot leave negative feedback for you. If you're willing to eat your FVF's, then don't file in 10 days. Otherwise, wait the 10 days and file the FVF credit request.
