12 negs out of 19 Auctions and this nut is still bidding. I can't list the auction here per AW rules but damn is ebay slipping or what? Yeah six million users, 1/4 naru'd or gone...

Obviously eBay is not very good at removing this type of bidder but the blame also goes to sellers. If they all filed NPB alerts this person would be gone by now!

I thought after 4 NPB's you got NARUed? I saw that happen to an acquaintance who had around 300 positive feedback and it only took 4. I don't understand how 12/19 is allowed to continue.

I never had one, and I didn't want one, and I don't, so now I do...

Apparently, people aren't filing for their FVFs. I believe 3 gets you suspended for a month and a 4th makes it permanent.

A person can be suspended for bad feedback, but you have to email safeharbor before they'll do anything about it.

An e-mail to safeharbor should take care of him. Any time I've e-mailed about a bidder with -4 or worse they're turfed within 24 hours.

not true .........i have been selling on ebay for 2 years ...i have 190 feedback and 10 neg and 6 nutrals from.....let's say unhappy bidders and leave it there.......but i have done my best to keep all happy.....my product is good but ...most chose not to insure and those are the ones who want refunds...so i am left with 10 neg. Are you telling me the next person who files . could get me kicked off??????

OOOPS excuse me- math impaired today- somehow I interpreted it as having a net feedback of -7 or so feedback (don't ask how I came up with that, the equation is Graveyard shift+4 hours sleep=vorlon4 not able to count.)

You are correct- it's a feedback of -4 or worse that gets you kicked off.

As for filing for FVF's. If the seller appeals and claims they paid, e-bay lets them off without ever finding out if they did or not.

eastwest ~ I don't really understand your post. However, you get NARU'd if your feedback rating is -4 or if you have had 4 NPB alerts filed against you ending with a FVF request. You don't fall into either of these categories that I can see from the information you've provided.
