Had a customer win several auctions. He lives in Switzerland and wants to use something called PostCash. This is where the Swiss Post will order it's US partner Citibank to send me a check. Anyone ever here of this?
He is also willing to do a bank transfer. Is there any way to do a bank transfer and then have it cancelled?

I have had the equivalent of Postcash sent to me from Norway via a US Bank in NY, and my only comment is that it went well, but took over a month start to finish.
I'd go for the wire transfer myself, given those two choices. AFAIK, a wire transfer, once started can't be reversed.
ProPay should work, and take mere days, if you have trust in him/her. PayPal is also accepted from Switzerland.

I've had several transactions involving payment from Switzerland via a check that is issued by Citibank. Encountered no problems at all.
I pointed the buyers to BidPay but they e-mailed to tell me their service charge was too high; I don't know what the buyer's service charge is for Citibank.

My bank charges ME $10.00 for accepting a wire charge into my account. Find out if your bank charges this outragous fee, too; before considering this option!!!

Point your buyer to www.bidpay.com
Buyer pays $5.00 to send you a Western Union money order. It's fast, convenient and reliable.
You'll receive two e-mails from BidPay -- one when the buyer purchases the money order and a second one when buyer's payment has been confirmed and the money order is in the mail and on its way to you.
I ship as soon as I receive the 2nd e-mail. I don't wait for the money order to arrive.
