Yikes! Gadzooks!

Auction ends 11/16 & I send EOA email. No response. 3 days later I send the "send this auction to a friend" -- no response until 2 more days & she finally responds that she PapPaled me on the 16th! Well, there ain't no money from her -- so I email her back, asking her to double-check the email addy she used at PP for me; of course, no response!

BTW, my addy is something like [email protected]

So I email her today from auction watch (to use a different server) again asking her to double-check my addy. She finally responds with:

"I thought your addy ended in "edu" Sorry, I see that it is really "myauctionwaych.com" and I will try PayPal again"

I'M PULLING MY NON-EXISTANT HAIR OUT!

A nice touch: her emails are dated 1998!!!

What do I do with her?
Tom

Look on the bright side - at least you're not married to her.

First of all, quit pulling out your non-existent hair, it's getting all over my keyboard! LOL!

I would probably call her at this point, if it's feasible. Or just write back and say very plainly:

In 1998 my email addy was myauctionwatch.com, but this year it's [email protected]

Please resend the money to the current email address at PayPal or even better forget PayPal and mail a check or money order to:

Other than that, OY! Good luck to you! I'm glad she's not one of mine.

Well, this has been the week...

I have her! Then I have the guy who complain about my BookRate shipping charge AFTER the EOA! My auction states: "...flat S&H fee of $2.50 for BookRate with DC..." Is that confusing??

I broke 300 fb (0neg/0neut) -- and I had started selling the end of April.

Well, at least I'm winding down my auctions, as I'm going on vacation Dec 20th to the Land of Dimples!

I've had a buyer neg me over shipping charges that were clearly disclosed in the TOS! If he didn't like it, why did he buy it? Sometimes you just can't win. Sigh.....

Just when you think you have heard it all, something new happens. Thanks to this board on AuctionWatch and to the posters to keep us posted. Florida will never live this down.

Evidently sellers have no rights,(thats according to the buyers). If you don't like the terms don't bid on the auction that's plain and simple and if you bid don't complain. That's my motto...
