Just had a couple of nice Victorian era plates end, was a 7 day auction, with about one minute left no bids, I figured GEEZ I guess I'll re-list them at a lower start, but whaddaya know, 2 bids in the last 58 seconds & auction ends at a very respectable $43.88!!

!! Gee I though that was what they were going to say too - that they had used BIN and sold in 58 seconds after listing! Oh well, at least she got the sale!

Yes, it would really have been something if someone had bought something 58 seconds after I listed it, guess it could happen before item was indexed if someone browsed the seller's listing & decided they had to have it! So far I haven't used the BIN feature & kind of doubt I will as I really tend to trust the auction process especially as so many items over the past several years have flown much higher than I could ever throw them!

Maybe this will make you guys feel better. I used a Buy It now feature on a book I was selling. I paid $2.00 for the book, and I set the Buy it Now price at $12.00. Less than 2 hours later I had the bid and the Paypal payment! Not bad....
