I've been doing a little Christmas shopping and I asked a seller to send me a Billpoint invoice. He said he'd do that, but it hasn't arrived yet. I've never paid using Billpoint before. I understand that it's possible he hasn't sent it yet, but if he has, how long does it usually take to reach a bidder's mailbox?

I send these out several times a day, at the request of buyers. Some of the buyers pay the invoice right away, and I get a payment confirmation notice in my mailbox within an hour or so after I sent the invoice.
So I believe (but cannot prove) that the invoices are generated almost instantly when the seller pushes the "send" button.

The invoices go out fairly fast. BUT I have had two invoices where the buyer was not notified. You should email and ask if it has been sent yet. In both cases I just had to hit the resend button and they then received it.
