I'm a Billpoint newbie, as this is only my second transaction (as a seller)....I just had a buyer pay with CC via Billpoint....According to my "account status" on Billpoint, the "invoice" is recorded as PAID...however, I have not yet received an "order placed" email from Billpoint....I would like to get this item shipped today (it's a shippin' day) BUT am hesitant to do so until I receive official notification from Billpoint....I don't remember how long it took Billpoint to send the last confirmation I received (from time of payment to my notification)...What do you all think?

The confirmation notices that payment had been made have been arriving very quickly for me but yesterday they were slow (finally got here) so maybe they are extra busy or something.
