How to explain this... ok,, I have 10 to 30 auctions ending on any day from now until the end of march. I work maily from my "myebay" page. When someone picks the buy it now feature, that newly sold item ends up mixed in with my closed auctions listed on the page. They are very hard to catch this way. I have even gone to just looking at a one day read-out, but it's still a problem, as I usually have them buying things with b.i.n. in the middle of other autions closing. I'm afraid that I might miss some of these, for awhile, and I am usually very prompt with emails to the winning bidders. I have done very well with the B I N feature, but mixing them in with all the ended-the-normal-way auctions is a pain. It's a shame that ebay doesn't highlight them somehow.
Am I missing something, is there an easier way to keep track of these?
Thanks,

BIN's are easier to spot among closed auctions if you use auction management software such as eBud.
It will show up as 'ended' with no 'congrats sent' message next to it in eBud.

These seem to show up on the day/time space with other same time auction ends in My Ebay.
I think the real problem for many sellers is being online to deal with auctions that end at any time. If you are used to closing auctions quickly with prompt EOAs, this takes some doing.

I would change your sorting selections when viewing MyEbay. You can order it up to sort in order of Auction End, so that all the day's ended auctions will be shown first. You can also order results to be shown this way by doing a regular Seller search on yourself, to include the previous day's closed auctions, sorting by ending date first.
Also, when you view MyEbay results, you can click on the "Details" link on the upper right corner and see the actual top halves of all the auction pages in one convenient page.
