Some people may remember this thread from a while back about zeros who demanded escrow.
This is the follow up.

I have let around 5 different bidders out of auctions all were newbies. One was for an item close to $1000. I have a seven day return policy so it is just easier to release them from the auctions then to have to refund their money.

My beef is one of the newbies with 3 auctions that I released from their auctions. I Spent hours explaining why I would not do escrow which they demanded. Then explaining ebay rules and requirements for NPB. These people leave me neutral feedback on auctions that they did not complete.

I was outraged. I left them negative feedback. I had previously explained that I would not leave them feedback if they did not do so. Maybe I should not have left them negative feedback but I felt that after all the work, time, and trouble I went to with this buyer I sure did not deserve neutral feedback for auctions that they did not complete.

What do you think??
