Recently, ebay implemented a change whereby only sellers could retrieve email information on their auctions. That makes sense. I had wondered why it wasn't always so. However, their changes aren't recognizing the seller (me) as the seller!?
This may seem minor, but my billing system is based on software that takes apart the seller report for the key information to compose the after auction invoices!
At first, the problem was that I could only get the first page. Attempts to scroll to the next page was forbidden (because it did not accept me as the seller.) I came up with a work around for that. Now I'm deprived of even that.
Any help out there?
I can't believe I said That?!!

This is interesting. I have , on occasion, violated the ebay rules and gone to the bidders to let them know about my auctions for the same item or even offered it to them outside of ebay. I don't blame them for doing this as I was using their forum to sell and theby stealing their commission. Good for them and bad for me. I'm sure the bigshots will figure this out(auction watch and andale) Good luck and thanks for lettig us all see this.

Jozi - Thanks for the advice.
Spuddy98 - Truely, they are looking after their own interest. But then, why expect anything else?
Spuddt98 - I have use the those features, looking up second place bidders, etc. The word is that even the seller will be unable to secure email addresses of unsuccessful bidders in the near future.
However, my primary interest is exactly as stated. I use my seller report as a basis of my billing. I rely on it ability to provide winning bidder email.
I do retain bidder emails - and occassionally use them. SPAM is in the eye of the beholder.
