If you mean the tool that requires bidders go to a web page to fill out their shipping information to get the EOA info, FORGET IT. Most of the responses I have seen on this board from bidders range from apathy to loathing.
As a bidder, I will not fill out an auction web form, since I don't know what the web site does with my informaiton. I use software to generate my email, and it automaticly fills in all of the required information. Why should I enter it again? In other words, where is the benifit for the buyer?

I have'nt used it yet since I did'nt know how to. That is why I came here to ask questions.
I have about 140 auctions that will be ending at about the same time next week, is there any suggestions about other programs that can send out WBN?

I just won an auction on eBay and the seller sent me this end of auction email where I go to the web page and fill out a form. However, whenever I try to complete the form it tells me I didn't choose a Shipping Option. Only problem is - there are NO shipping options to choose! I couldn't complete the form. Now what? I've emailed the seller and let them know I can't complete the form, but I don't want to lose this item because WBN isn't working.
