I have a couple of music CDs that I want to sell on eBay. They are quite scuffed up, and I was even surprised that they played without skipping, but they seem to be okay.

Since I know some CD players are more sensitive to scuffs & scratches than others, I would like to burn back-up copies that I will include with the original. Is this legal?
