Per the R2000-1 obtained today from USPS:
Flat rate $3.85
New 1 lb rate $3.45
2 lb $3.85
3 lb $5.10
4 lb $6.35
5 lb $7.60
6 lb $7.85 to $9.45
7 lb $8.05 to $11.30
8 lb $8.15 to $13.15
9 lb $8.30 to $15.00
You get the picture - 15% to 20% increase. USPS company line is that the increases are only "6% overall". While the first class letter rate is a 3% increase, they have been very coy regarding these increases.

Yuppers I have already started changeing my fixed frist class shipping rate to reflect these changes 5.55 1lbs $5.75 fixed rates include custom packaging insurance and delivery comfirmation for 2lbs add .50 for each additional 5oz
I dont see a big problem with this since most sellers have had a fixed shipping rate of $5 up to two pounds for some time now and still selling well.
