Some guy stole pictures from my auctions. Not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 pictures. How can he do this and what recourse do i have with E-bay? Will they make him take down his auctions? Who do I yell to at E-bay? I would appreciate all the help in the world!!!!

It is easy to save and use someone elses pictures. All you have to do is right click the picture and save it to your own hard drive.
Yes, eBay will close down the auctions, email [email protected] with the details.
If they are actually linking to your own pictures on your server, you can replace the pictures using the exact same names for the new pictures. Make them something interesting like a picture that says "This seller is a picture thief" or something similar.

When you take your picture, put a piece of paper in it with your seller ID, put it close to the item, behind the item, whatever it takes to keep it from being cropped or taken out of the picture.
Or put a funky toy or prop in the photo. One seller uses the same bright colored background.
In every picture add somekind of seller info. Watermarks can help.
If you really want to be fancy, do like they do on a lot of sites: Chop the picture up and build a table to put it back together with.
The latter can be rather time consuming, and let-me-tell-you can eat away at profit with manhours of work.
BUT if your pix are the same size or of the same item week in and week out, then you can set up some defaults. It still is a hassle for the average seller, myself included.
Good Luck!
