I am wondering if anyone knows of any software that will automate the delivery of electronic products such as MP3, PDF, and Word files once an auction ends. For example, if you sell a music clip on eBay. At the end of the auction you want an automated message to be sent out with a link to enable a person to download their sound clip after paying for it.
Anyone know how this might work or what software to use? Maybe one of the auction management softwares will do the trick?
I've seen "Sussex Information Services" do this a lot with their $2.00 PDF's on eBay.
