Eeek! On two items that sold today with the "Buy it Now", my customers paid their Billpoint invoices with the instant purchase option, but no shipping was included.
I thought for a minute that I had mistakenly not put the shipping on the instant purchase when I'd listed the items...but I double-checked by hitting the relist button, and the shipping was on the original auction. So Billpoint has some kind of glitch this morning that's not including shipping.
Now I need to contact my customers about paying the shipping.
