I am a lurker on this board but have found it to be my most valuable auction tool. Thanks to everyone who asks questions and all who give answers.
Is it mandatory to wait for the 10 days after a NPB is filed to relist items? I have several winning bidders that have not responded or have made promises of payment with no follow through. I would like to relist these items now. Would this be and infraction of eBay rules? Is the 10 day wait a courtesy thing? I don't think my being courteous at this point is warranted.
Thanks in advance for your information or advise on this topic.

triple, as far as I know, you can relist whenever you want. But I would wait a few days ro contact the bidders and tell them you are relisting. I have had buyers never contact me and instead just mail out payment. If you don't wait at least ten days, how are you going to be sure they aren't going to pay?

If you don't sell to them, you risk forfeiting your right to a FVC.

Thanks for the responses but perhaps I should add that I have already emailed these bidders and asked for an update. The non payers with a "perhaps your payment was lost in the mail" and the non responders with "could it possibly be an oversight". Very nice reminders, giving them 48 hours to answer the email, that brought no responses from some.
