When I first started looking at auctionwatch there were a few "out there" folks who would name call at the drop of a hat if you defended ebay.
It was so bad I had to wade through so much acrimony, I had to wear waders! Good info was hard to find, and worse, good ideas were chased off the board.
CG's were born, they are still iffy, but it's waaaaay mellower and this is the best place to learn about auctions (ok also RNGroups site and Millionauction site, too oh and the onling auction users group). Bar none, beats the other boards hands down.
So now it's a new world order. Love 'em or hate 'em whatever you say about ebay, keep it about ebay and not about the posters on the board.
Besides, so what if there are employees here, maybe they will listen to some of the complaints, ideas, suggestions, errors-of-their-ways etc.
In fact, if your listening...why not make the watch feature bigger, allow me to include notification from my fave sellers.

I wish eBay would dispatch an employee to this outpost. It would make me feel like my concerns were being heard, rather than that "pissing in the wind" feeling I get sometimes when I hit the "Submit" button.

I just had a vision of Peter, Paul, and Mary harmonizing: "The answer, my friend, is pissing in the wind..."
I would feel sorry for any ebay employee who had to be here on AW during a "site whoopsie".
Hmm...AW duty could be a good punishment:
"Saunders, you tripped over the plug again and we were down for five hours. Just for that, you're being assigned to three days of answering questions over on AW."
"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Anything but that!"
