Just in case some of you didn't know the postal rates are going up Jan 1. This includes what looks to me like across the board increases. first class (I think a penny on regular letter). Priority, insurance, book rate etc.will also change. Just got a partial list from my post office. Thought you may like to know as it will effect the cost to ship items.
Check it out with your local post office.

From what I see, a Priority Mail package which is currently $3.20 up to 2 pounds, will now be $3.50 up to 1 pound, or $3.95 up to 2 pounds. I never was too good at reading Postalese, so maybe I misinterpreted.
