I'm not sure what to do to cancel a bid, or if I have reason to. I received a neutral (my first) from a buyer. I really don't understand why. I emailed them as soon as I got the auction ended notice from ebay. They didn't respond so I emailed them again. It took 2 weeks for their payment to arrive and even though I said I would hold till the check cleared I was going out of town so I shipped the item the day after I received payment. I emailed them that I had shipped it. When I returned I had an email from them saying the item was perfect, they loved it, ect. I left them positive feedback. They left me a neutral that said "really nice item, great packing, good deal, slow communication." I have 77 positives most of which mention how prompt I am either buying or selling. No Negs. This is a fairly new buyer, so maybe they don't understand feedback. I am going to sell 2 more items very much like the one they bought, they seem to be collecting these things. I really don't want them to bid on any more of my auctions because I don't know how to "communicate faster" and I don't want another neutral or worse.

Be careful that you would not regret banning them....But if you want to, then you must write THEM an Email, politerly asking them to not bid on your listings, and send a CC TO SAFEHARBOR. Safeharbor will reply and tell you that should the person bid again, send Safeharbor the Auction Number right away. Bidder can be suspended indefinately to permanently.
I have done that to 2 people who really, really deserved it.
