I have been selling on half.com since June and recently the confirmation procedure they use with the sellers - doesn't seem to be working. Is anyone else having problems?
When you get an email announcing a sale, you confirm by sending a return email with the subject line (which has transaction number) unchanged.
Worked like a charm for months.
Now, all of a sudden, I've started getting notices that I must confirm or lose the sale - and I already shipped the item!
I am able to go to their site and manually confirm each one, but what a pain! What's up with this? Have they started to share the eBay programmers?
(Sorry couldn't resist the smart aleck remark, but, everyone knows how reliable eBay is.)

i find it easier to go to the site and do my confirmations.
why bother with the email ones, it's right away updated it you jump over to the site and check your account there.

Yes, I am having the same problem. Tried to confirm an order yesterday with no luck so I went to the site and confirmed it there w/o any problem. I usually like confirming it through email since I used to get a return email from Half telling me that my order was confirmed. That didn't happen this time.

I've been replying twice with each confirmation and it seems to be working usually. I've had, I think, only a couple in the past week where I actually had to confirm on site. I do see that the problem is getting worse though.
