Well folks ... I wanted to stay silent on eBay's inconsistent application of policy regarding the sales of video tapes on their venue, but I can't. I recently listed a series of commercially released tapes for a cult television series that cost me over $300.00 to collect (NOT copies). This auction was ended today by eBay citing "infringing materials". Prior to this, I had advised SafeHarbour about other listings for the same series that were obvious copies, and I even asked them if this was legal. SafeHarbour told me they took action yet one of these illegal auctions ended with a very high winning bid 3 days after SafeHarbour was notified, and the other is still proceeding nicely.

I have contacted eBay and AW Administration advising them that I will divulge the details within 24 hours.

Stay tuned - The North has risen again
