I've been trying to print some ebay and auctionwatch messages and starting last night my e-mail is really acting up. The printing function hasn't worked right, and a new print window, which is totally frozen, appears in the upper left corner of my screen. Is it me? Or are others having problems? My husband's netscape totally froze on him this morning, too.

1. you might try clearing your netscape cache. two ways to do that. 1. close netscape. using windows explorer browse to here>program files>netscape>users>your name>cache folder. delete all items. 2. in netscape, click on edit>preferences>advanced>cache>click on clear disk cache. this will leave one file in your cache which may be causing your netscape to be weird. i prefer to use option 1 above.
2. lately, my netscape is strange. sometimes i cannot navigate after i'd closed netscape and then opened it again. i discovered that it was still running in the back ground and it wasn't sure which netscape i was trying to use. so, close netscape. press and hold ctrl & alt keys. tap the del key. this will open the close program list. find any and all netscapes on the list and highlight and click on end task. you can only do one highlight at a time.
3. depending upon how many applications you have open, your printer won't work because it requires a lot of system resources. try closing some of your applications you don't need. you can check your system resources by doing a right click on my computer and then selecting properties. click on the last tab -- performance -- and look for the percentage of system resources. if it's 70% or less, reboot your computer.
hope this works for you.

Paulswife--Thank you! We'll be tackling this problem later tonight. (I can now print from AuctionWatch but not from e-mail! Go figure.)
