Can anyone please tell me how to list an item in auctionas a Buy Now? Thanks

The last I knew, once you have an auction listed, go into the auction you want to add a BIN price to, click on "revise". Once you get in there, there is a box to fill in the buy it now price. Complete and submit. You'll have a Buy It Now price added to your auction.
