Been trying to access Billpoint to send some invoices, both thru the listing page and directly, without being able to get the page to load.(during the past five hours)

Can't get into PayPal either.

No big deal if it end soon but I wondered if others are experiencing either or both sites not opening?

ray--no problems with BillPoint from here...I have been reading some threads that PayPal has been having some issues today with suspended accounts though.
