Hi all - If you are listing auctions between now and Jan 7th, what are you telling your bidders about the new rates?
Will you give the present rate and note that payment received after Jan 6th will need to include more for the new rate?
I'm trying to puzzle this out in case there is a Free Listing day soon, because I'll list as much as I can, and if the day is the 20th, many of the auctions should close well before the new rates go into effect, but you never know when payment will arrive.

I am going to run 10 day auctions if they have a free listing day this year. Since it will be so close to time for the new rates I will give both rates in my TOS and state that those paying by credit card within 3 days of EOA may use the current rate, all others will need to pay the higher rate as it will probably not be mailed until it has taken effect.

Luckily, I don't have to do anything about the new rates as they are going down for me.
I sell mostly paper items and ship about 99% of my packages by first class. The current rates are 33c for the first ounce plus 22c for each additional ounce. The new rates are 34c for the first ounce plus 21c for each additional ounce. So, I'll be saving a penny for each ounce my package weighs over 2 ounces.

where can I find non-pdf info on the new rates? 1st class, priority international and SSM are what interest me. The post office web site is not helpful.
