Hi all -

For any who did the AW/EP free listing day, just mentioning that I got my email of the reimbursement today. I know ExchangePath's name is mud around here, though I have had no problems aside from their not letting me take out my money ASAP as I normally do with PayPal.

edited because I REALLY need a day off [ edited by carolann56 on Dec 21, 2000 02:24 PM ]

I got an email that the money is there and that I would get the $10.00 in a seperate payment. Now I just have to wait the two days until it's in my account and the 5 or whatever days after that until it gets into the bank. $47.50.

I got my mail today to - only $12.75 plus the $10 bonus, but I'll take it!

Got several sales out of the Ebay items, 0 sales from the Amazon ones.. 8(

Probably 2 business days holding so if they don't count today, might not be available till Tuesday.. guess we'll have to wait and see when it shows up.

I got the $10.00 it already showed up in the account. The two day wait seems to be 2 any day of the week days, last Sunday shortly after Midnight some money showed up. It's withdrawls that take forever 6 days even to show up on my credit card.

Dawn - their current procedure is to send you an email as soon as your buyer has paid [or in this case, AW]. They say it will take 2 days to show up in your EP account, and that's the case. Once it shows up, you can transfer the funds to another account, or leave it there, I suppose.

I made a note to stick on my computer to check back later. I never check my account there unless I have reason to think I have money; I check PayPal every day.

I got a notice from AW saying they were sending my rebate ($50.00) through EP. Within 10 minutes I got the "Payment recieved" email from EP. When I looked, it wasnt there yet, due to the 2 day pending period, but I noticed the $10.00 EP bonus was there. I never recieved an email telling me they had sent the $10 so I was surprised to see it. Either way $60 bucks is $60 bucks !

Well I got an email saying I was getting $49.25 back... I find that amusing since I listed 200 auctions with 25 cent insertion fees each, so I should be getting $50.00 back.. I guess they are hoping up 75 cents per person will add up

I also got an email saying that I was getting a $10 sign up bonus. Huh? I was already (unfortunately as it appears) an ExchangePath member for 3 months prior to this.

But all of this is NULL AND VOID since I can't get into my dang account because XPath decided to suspend it 2 weeks ago. Yep.. I still can get payments in, but can't even log in to see them or withdraw them. I was one who signed up with a discover card and they decided to no longer take them, and now will REFUSE to answer their email account(s) and reinstate my account.

All I've ever got was a form letter saying I have to create a new account with a Visa or MC number.

I want my $60 (or $59.25 or $49.25 or WHATEVER) AuctionWatch... I'm fed up with this partnership with a flake of a company!!!!!!!!!!

Yes...I'm very upset.

Assuming you are even willing and able to open a new account, would they move your money from your suspended account into the new one? Just wondering. I had a buyer report to me that she's having big problems PAYING them, so it is adding up to a big risk to use that system.

Did anyone keep the AW details of the free listing day? I specifically read and reread their offer before listing my auctions and now I find I have not been reimbursed for Final Value Fees that were originally offered. (only the listing fees) Has anyone else found their reimbursement was short?

You mean you are actually getting payments through EP? I've had the EP option in my auctions for quite a while now and haven't received any EP payments.

I don't remember them saying we'll be reimbursed for final value fees. I thought it was just covering listing fees. ??

re: outoftheblue ->Yes, you ACTUALLY still get payments sent to you when your account is suspended, and you can't get to them

re: ExchangePath-Pam -> Thanks for reactivating my account so that I could get into it.

However, I find it UTTERLY AMAZING that I cannot get a reply to my email to "suspended@.." or "customerservice@..." yet I receive assistance by posting a gripe to a message board unrelated to the Xpath service...

But I guess I can't look a gift horse in the mouth. Thanks to whomever "unsuspended" my account after being locked for 7 or 10 days or so. I was able to get in an request a withdrawl for the amount that was in the account.

re: Everyone else ->

I will be cancelling my XPath account as soon as the withdrawls show up in my checking account. I've had it with these mickey mouse systems, support, terms of service, fees, etc.. My business paypal account is already closed, and my person one is going to be closed as soon as I hit my $100 in credit card acceptance this month.

Ah... back to good old US Postal money orders that most everyone sends me.. They worked before and are working again. Thank you U.S. Government.
