I've sold an item for $56 for a friend, who is paying the auction costs. How can I find out what percentage ebay charges for this item? Is there a table somewhere? (I'm assuming it's charged on a sliding scale.) Thanks, guys.

Click on your ebay account, then do a search on the item #. The first time it shows up you'll see the listing fee. The second time will show the FVF and a refund if you used a reserve.

Glenda: Thank you! In your experience, is this website totally reliable on the % for Ebay etc.?
HCQ: And thank you, too. So the reserve is refunded if the item sells? Wish I had all this in the tutorial but I don't remember seeing it before. (As a former teacher and customer service consultant, I can't believe how much ebay doesn't tell you as a new seller, even with their "tutorial." I know I sound disgruntled, but I have to say that if I were running ebay and had a list of the questions we sellers and buyers ask over and over, I'd make sure they were in the tutorial! Just my opinion, of course, and I know that some of us don't read everything we should)

HCQ: Dumb question #42! I can't seem to spot "my account." I list through AW, checked that, then went to the ebay pages and couldn't find the spot to click on. Help?!
