I downloaded the new version of stamps.com to comply with their requirment to get ready for the new postage rates. There's an "improvement" that is a bit of a pain. Wonder what other "improvements" will be found as I poke around.
When mailing books I used to use the "print a sample" function in order to get a mailing label with a zip+4 and barcode and then printed an "additional postage" label. It was a bit inefficient but it worked.
With the new upgrade not only is the postage label voided, but the address label has a big black watermark over the address saying "VOID DO NOT MAIL".
Guess I'll leave a suggestion that they add Parcel Post and Special Standard Mail Rate to their services. It sure would help.

When I switched from Stamps.com to Pitney Bowes I noticed PB's label also proudly announces POSTAGE CORRECTION. I wonder if this is a new electronic postage requirement.
