marble	posted on December 28, 2000 06:42:02 PM Does eBay have a rule against the target="_new" attribute in the HREF tag?? If not, I recommend using that. It will open the link in a new browser, leaving the one with your auction in it undisturbed.
paulswife	posted on December 28, 2000 06:48:25 PM i don't think ebay does, but i certainly find it annoying to have another browser window open up. if i want to have a new brower open, i do a copy paste, of the url, into another browser i've opened. this is a personal preference item. my .02 worth
Glenda	posted on December 29, 2000 02:19:33 AM eBay has created two buttons just for this - go to the Site Map and scroll down to "Promote your listings with link buttons" (or go to http://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/link-buttons.html) The form will create the html for you.
