I'm on a Mac and have been trying to download our Transaction History from PAYPAL.
I went thru this a few months ago and it DOES NOT WORK for us.
The file downloads in less than 2 seconds and it's EMPTY.0 bytes.Nada,zilch.
I've now written to the morons at PAYPAL and have gotten the most idiotic replies,it makes me wonder how some of these employees there can find their way to work in the morning.
I have asked that they EMAIL ME the comma delimited file.
I've even called them as requested in their email.Like that will get me my file.
We have 25 MAC computers here. They are acting like it's our computers fault..
When in reality-IT MUST BE ON THEIR end if the file loads in 2 seconds on a 33.6 modem
and when checking the bytes it reads as zero.
A few months ago another employee did email it to us and he was able to do it on his end.
This was we can drop it into our spreadsheets.
Mind you, this is a business account and this has cost me plenty wasting our accounting firms time and my money.
It would be too consuming to retype everything as we were using them quite heavily.
Also, recently all the funds that have come into our PAYPAL account have not been with our authorization. Our auctions do not list PAYPAL at all. Any way to stop buyers from doing this ? I really hate PAYPAL.I find dealing with them is akin to dealing with Pirates!!

Damon, would paypal freeze an account over an item less than $10 if a buyer claimed fraud or used an illegal CC? Would they ever try to refund a buyer on thier own by taking from a sellers paypal balance, credit card, or bank account?
I am just asking because warrantys are issued by the seller, and indeed, some merchandise (such as items sold as-is) do not warrant any refunds if clearly explained in the auction.
Now, I know paypal is a busy company and doesn't really have time to monitor each individual case, that is why I am asking if they would automaticlay take the side of the buyer in a case such as this.
