I hit it lucky recently in finding a seller with good feedback that sold sunflower kitchen items...
I can't tell you how long I've been searching for one of those!...
I've been buying a little something new every week...
then I went for a more pricier (FOR ME) item, namely a 20 pc dishes set...
This one made me nervous due to it's breakable nature, as you might imagine...
the set arrived via UPS ground last night and unfortunately 4 of the pieces were smashed...
I emailed the seller about it...
she asked for the tracking# to file for insurance and warned me to keep the box in case someone from UPS showed up...
But here's the BEST part...
Instead of sending me just the pieces that were smashed, she's sending me a WHOLE NEW SET!...
now THAT'S a seller I can continue to do business with!...

I had a similar great experience with a china seller. Won a number of auctions from her of a pattern I have wanted FOREVER, but two salad plates arrived via UPS cracked (hairline, usable but not perfect). No problem, she said, I'll just send you replacements, keep them. And she did...Priority mail, no charge! Definitely someone I'd go back to again. No one should doubt the power of good customer service!
