About 2 weeks ago, a customer paid me through paypal. I was at the $500 limit, so I upgraded to the premier account, but this one payment still hasn't come through. She said that when she checks her account, it appears as "unclaimed". She has emailed paypal with no response, and I've emailed paypal, of course, with no response. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved???
