About 2 weeks ago, a customer paid me through paypal. I was at the $500 limit, so I upgraded to the premier account, but this one payment still hasn't come through. She said that when she checks her account, it appears as "unclaimed". She has emailed paypal with no response, and I've emailed paypal, of course, with no response. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved???

Tell the buyer to go and cancel the paypal payment and then pay it again. That should fix the problem.

I have had this happen twice but they were due to the email addy being wrong. It should work for your problem too though.

Yes, I've been wondering if she made a mistake in my email address. I'll tell her that and see if I can get my money! Thanks!
