I was looking around at BillPoint and have a question....From what I saw on the site, I couldn't find the answer.
What qualifies you for the rates of a "Merchant" status?

From various emails from Billpoint support:
"Billpoint uses a number of criteria to determine the program that you qualify for. In addition to volume and feedback requirements, we also take into account how long you have been registered with eBay and Billpoint."
"In order to qualify for our merchant account we normally require 50 feedback (96% positive)."
I believe that the Ebay volume required is $2,000 per month, and the length of time required to be registered with Billpoint is 6 months. (I could be wrong on these numbers...)
At the time I inquired, I did not meet all of the criteria for the merchant rates, but they went ahead and gave it to me anyway, so it doesn't hurt to ask...
