I use it most of the time. I don't use the "express" one though.... I noticed a huge decrease in the number of people that would respond when I used it... but the "classic" works well - I have about a 90% response rate.

Just a very personal opinion, based on my experience with them: I really dislike them!
I much prefer to receive a nice, personal notice, with a friendly "hello"..Not a mile-long notice with all of the "DOs" and "DONTs" re-iterated!...
I once received one whereby I had to click on a link to finsish entering all my information, wasting quite a bit of time navigating......And when I finally received my item, there was a huge crack, unmentioned in the listing.
I would have much preferred a good, honest description than a fancy WBN.
As a seller, I do not use them and cannot foresee changing in the near future. Gosh Shosh!

I wonder how many bidders think they are getting a "personal touch" email when in fact it's just a cut-and-paste email that gets sent to every single bidder?
When selling hundreds of items per week it's impossible to give a "personal touch" email to each bidder.
I use automated emails for:
1) End of Auction - Congrats email
2) Your payment has been received
3) Your item has been shipped
And never recieved a complaint yet. I believe as long as you keep your customer updated they will have no complaints.
