Downloaded the updated version with the rates, now my ClickStamp gives me a illegal error, and their tech support has not emailed me. Anyone else having problems?

I downloaded the rate sheet upgrade yesterday and the software worked fine for me. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

No problems here.

jfpnatl: ClickStamp is an online "print your own" postage system. Here's the link:

Have been to the Pitney Works site to learn more about Clickstamps, but was unable to find a faq section. Basically, what I was looking for is there any special labels needed to purchase to use the software or can you just print the postage out on regular paper in your printer and then attatch it to a package? Sorry if this might seem like a duh question, but would appreciate any enlightment about clickstamps? Regards, Toni

Clickstamp/Pitneyworks is much more restrictive when it comes to labels choice. I used to use stamps.com and I miss their approach to labels. Clickstamp will let you do 4 sizes of envelopes and 1 label size. It is Avery 5164/8164 or in other words 3 1/3" x 4" That's your only choice. Everything prints on one label. Keep in mind also that your return address does not print on the labels with Clickstamp so you'll have to print, stamp or label that separately.

No problem whatsoever. I don't mind the label restriction too terribly much. Oh, I forgot to mention that their software, for whatever reason, doesn't have Delivery Confirmation on their services checklist. This makes you print a second "postage correction" label to cover the DC.

I buy non-Avery labels 1500 at a time through Quill and the price is reasonable.
