I had a bidder back out of a high dollar auction (over $2000.00). I have relisted. I have noticed other completed auctions say "This item has been relisted" when you pull them up. How does that work, mine is not giving that message. The completed auction is getting 70+ hits a day, so I really would like the extra exposure. Any help would be appreciated.

When you click on the relist this item link in the completed auction (assuming it didn't have a bid or the high bid did not meet reserve) you get the linkage between the completed auction and the relisted auction.

I don't think the option is available to you if you had a winning bidder back out.

That was the case here. Thanks for the info.

I have relisted auctions that had a winning bidder in a BIN auction (by using the "Relist this auction" link on the closed auction page), and there was a check-off box just below the space where you enter your password to add the "This item has been relisted" link.
