I stumbled upon a seller that they "imply" PayPal accepts Discover and AMEX. They don't "state" it in their tos but their designed logo combines an official PayPal "verified" logo with the four major cards (visa, mc, discover and amex) and the link leads to their referral account which in my opinion leads potential bidders to think that PayPal accepts Discover & AMEX which I know they don't!

The seller has no negs and has a substantial amount of feedbacks.

What do ya'll think about this?
