Well..I signed up for the free part. Went to do the emailer to send a reminder to those I haven't received payment from...and it wouldn't come up with any even though I put 16 days requested.

I don't have an answer to your question though I think the answer is NO you do not have to use Mister Lister to use Vrane. Why don't you email them?
