Does anyone use or have built an auto email responder. Awhile ago I new how to build one, but I've forgotton...any help available...or a free one somewhere...thanks...

Unless I misunderstand-- most email programs have an autoresponder function built in. Outlook Express does. Tools:Message Rules.

I use a program called Snoop that will take the EOA success e-mail, select the bits of information information, and reply to the buyer with a "customized" e-mail reply. They never know the difference and appreciate the "quick reply".

Snoop only works with MAPI compliant e-mail programs like Outlook.

I'm thinking of expanding so Paypal payment sent to me autoreplies with a "I will ship your item soon" message.
