This may sound stupid, but I'm stumped.
I recently held a "Private Action" on eBay for an item in the Mature Audience area. I saw so many others done this way, I decided to give it a shot.
Well, my auction ended and I received the standard WBN from eBay which told me who the winner was so I could write them.
I wrote the winner and they never wrote me back, but I screwed up and deleted all of my old incoming and outgoing e-mail over the weekend so I don't have a copy of the notice I received from eBay nor do I have the e-mail address I wrote the winner at. Lukily, I am not selling much right now, so I can live without the rest of my e-mail.
I would like to give send another WBN to the winner and hope they respond this time, but I can't for the life of me fiqure out how to get their ID again! The close auctions says "Private Auction" for the winners name and no matter how I sign in or what page I look at, I don't see any way on eBay for the seller to get that information again!
I also am not aware of any way to order a duplicate WBN from eBay. To make matters worse, since Auction Manager can't manage Mature Audiences auctions... I can't use PAM.
Help! How can I get another copy of the identity of my winning bidder?

Seems strange that as the seller you don't have access to the winning bidder's userid/email address from the bid history page of the auction.
I've never done a private auction so I can't comment further other than to suggest you email eBay support and ask them about how to obtain the email addy of the winner.
