I heard on the Clark Howard radio show today that ebay is selling their mailing list despite the fact that their customers said they don't want their names sold. He also said there is a place on your account information to tell ebay that you don't want your name on these lists. I can't find it. Does anyone know where this is on the ebay site? I am so sick of all the spam email that I get obviously from using ebay. One million offers for credit card services, and loans. I'm not even a big seller. It makes me sick to think that ebay is giving this information out. Anyone have anymore information on this?

I don't know if they are selling or not but with all my spam email I go to the bottom and click unsubscribe. It will take awhile but soon it will stop.

When you attempt to 'unsubscribe' by responding to have your email address removed, all you are doing is confirming that your email address IS active and you read the messages...
Doing anything other than clicking DELETE is having a multiplying effect on the amount of spam you receive...
Simply click 'Delete' and be done with it...

I prefer (in Outlook Express) go to Message in the Tool Bar and "Block Sender" Present and Future Spam automatically goes to Delete and my blood pressure doesn't rise!
