Hi everyone,
Let's see how good you other professional sellers are?
I've been trying to determine the effect of downtimes on the many auctions which we have run in the last year.
(a few 1000 a week)
eBay posts some of it's downtimes on it's announcement board. But when I asked for previous annoucement boards before present one. They said they are not available (no suprise there).
Fortunately I have the information going back to end of July. In addition I was able to get some other dates and times from Articles on the web. (not the easy way).
I'm having one of my clerical people break it down into exact dates and times and what was down.
If you have old annoucement boards or your own data I would be willing to share my cleaned up data with anyone who could provide me with there own raw data (dates and exact times) or copies text of the old ebay annoucement boards.

Thanks I went to TagNotes and the support site behind it. And found it to be very helpful and I even signed up. But could not find a comprehensive list. Is there one?
If so just post a direct link and I'll go get it.
In addition 2 individuals were able to send me their downtime lists for 2000. The Interesting part is the differences.
I am very appreciative. And Dawn my clerical wiz should the combined list on tuesday.
I am still a little questionable about the data because of the discrepencies. So if anyone else has info please feel free to foward it (and of course I will forward you back a cleaned copy as well)
