I want to start using Billpoint as a seller, but I'm put off by the fact that I have to submit a separate Billpoint invoice (I do all my invoicing and record-keeping with eBud). If they don't pay with Instant Purchase (or whatever it's called), has anyone found an easy way to handle the invoicing?
All the BillPoint invoice is, is a link sent to the buyer that they go to and pay for your item. You simply fill out the shipping charges, etc. on the form and then submit it. BillPoint sends this info to the buyer via email with instructions on how to pay. You can still send your paper invoice with eBud. I use eBud and do the same thing.

Thanks, David. I guess I'm wondering how you know the buyer wants to pay with Billpoint. Do you include something in your eBud invoice telling them to email you back if they want you to then send them a Billpoint invoice? (Again, assuming they don't use Instant Pay)

Ever since Instant Purchase was introduced, the only time I've had to submit an invoice is for international sales (so that the shipping cost can be changed).
I've added the following to my EOA:
BillPoint can generally be accessed directly from the closed auction page... click on the "Pay Now" link.

tradertom, I haven't used BillPoint often (of course I don't sell much) but it is simple as dschulma noted.
When I list my auction, I include BillPoint as one of my payment options. If my buyer selects that as his/her payment choice, I just pop over to bill point and send the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I recieve an email letting me know so I can ship.
If I've listed an auction without BillPoint, or as with one person, needed to send the invoice to a differenet email than that listed on the auction, there is an option for that too.
I'd rather not have to pay more fees than we already do, but BillPoint has pulled money from a couple of slow payers and might have made a couple of other bidders bid. So for me (and my limited sales) it's really been a pleasure.

tradertom--yes, when I send out my EOA from eBud, in it I say that "BP is my preferred method of payment. If you choose to pay via BP, please state so in your confirmation email and I will send you an invoice". Or something really close to that...
