I use auction manager pro (2.75) and have never had a problem getting in to do revision. Once listed, you should be able to just bring up the ebay auction and look for the "revise" link in the top part of the auction (above your description). Click on that and you should be on your way. I think there's also a link on the ebay site map to revise your auction. As long as there are no bids, this method should work. Once the item has bids you'll need to "add to your item description" (from the ebay site map).

Do the items have bids? If so, they can't be revised... You can add to the auction description though.

The auctions I'm trying to "revise" have NO bids yet....This is frustrating...
Thanks for you all trying,

jewels2go,

It's an old problem. I have the same problem and to get around it, what I do is make my changes, let it sit for a couple of minutes, click verify. Again let it sit for a couple of minutes and click update. It's incovenient, but it works for me.

The only way I've ever been able to revise auctions launched via AW has been to use Netscape. IE won't work for some reason no matter what I do.

jewels2go...I just finished adding to the description on about 5 of my auctions with Ebay. At the top click Services, then "buying & selling". Scroll down and click on what you want to do. Should work fine.

It seems like the problem comes in when I click "revise" directly from the auction. Never works for me, but this go around works every time.

Bill, Some of us are really dumb (ME) I don't have a clue what Netscape is! There I admit it.

You guys are the greatest !!!!.....napcuz....I did exactly what you said....go to revise and imput info....then...wait a few minutes...I waited exactly three minutes....and ...HALLAKAZAMBO....It WORKED....and I didn't have to use netscape..."THANK YOU" for sharing this trick....and for nanastuff...I also went in through this door...using "buying & selling" but there...I can only add to my discription there...which I did...but just doing the waiting game the way that napcruz suggested is the best...THANK YOU all so much for the great help....
