I'm a seller from Asia and using the CCNow to collect the auction sale. Actually CCNow owe me money, and some of my customers are waiting to pay through CCNow. If CCNow down, I'll lose money and probably the buyers couldn't complete the transaction.
As I'm non-American, is there any protection for the international user - in case if the CCNow closed the door? Of course I really hope not the case, CCNow is really one of the few global player in the internet bussiness.

They are not out of business - and noone will lose any money in their accounts.
I just spoke to them. They have been down for approx forty hours and are doing their best to get back up and running.
Auction buyers will have to sit patiently while the problems are resolved before they can be invoiced. They are redirecting customer orders directly to the sellers email address in the event of a webstore purchase.

Thank you genie9, I appreciated very much your timely help for information, which made me feel much better. I also found out that this message center is so powerful. However, the auction payment system still not yet recover. More and more buyers are waiting to pay (already 4 days!) I start to loss my hard earned creditbility. It is too bad that paypal is not available for me international seller, what I can use is CCNow.

Im sorry to hear this Chapter. Offer your buyers the option of using www.BidPay.com - perhaps you can split the $5.00 fee with them as a gesture of goodwill. Thats up to you, of course.
I know how awful it is to have so few payment options for sellers outside of the US. So much of my business is from Canada to another country and I hate having to rely on US businesses to determine how that transaction is going to take place. There is a lot of business opportunity to explore there.
As for CCnow, I think they are certainly losing their credibility by not having a working backup system in place, as they claim they did. This is going to cost them all lot of business in current lost sales and future ones!
