I need to ask a really dumb question to you and please give me an answer.I was named after one of my fathers aunts.In turn my dad married my mom and she had the same first name.We all (3)have the same name,first and last.OOOOHHH!At one time or another my mom and my aunt took a poke at ebay.This is the first time (last night I registered)was confirmed and went to put my cc info in and it said I was blocked and suspended.I id verified after I called support and they said fine.I just now received the nastiest email from a girl named Allisa on the safe harbor team,accusing me and telling me I am all of these people.What should I do in this case?

Hmmmm...it does sound like Ebay is finally on the offensive to avoid new registrations by NARU's. (We've seen a couple of posts elsewhere from sellers who were contacted by previous buyers who'd been NARU'ed and re-registered and are now in danger of having the 2nd ID NARU'ed.)
Where did you get a phone number to CALL Ebay support? I'd call them back and get an update on the situation. While you're on the phone, find out what kind of documentation you'll have to submit to prove that you're not one of the other two "Jane Does" that have previously registered. I would reply to Allisa's email and give her the name of the person with whom you're working on the phone, and ask her to please cooperate with that individual in resolving your situation.

Thanks for the answer!The # is 1-888-749-3229.You have to go through the prompts.They have not answered me back yet with an email.I am on the phone with them now!
